Ok so I have been seeing many topics and experiences where people feel that Toca is not a "real GM'. The fact is that yes he is an Asis GM but he still has the powers for a reason. He is part of the staff and should be treated with the same respect as everyone else. If he may see you breaking a rule he may do what he sees fit because he is part of the staff. I'm not sure why you feel the need to be a dick to him just because hes doing his job. The shit has to stop. If I see anymore bullshit about people not listening to Toca you can be sure to expect a ban coming your way.
