An ID base, for all SVIP's, GM's and Admins

Well, at the moment, i have no clue what the IDs are for the custom sets and weapons

could anyone just give a quick list, would help <3

once i get to it, all of that stuff will be in the GM HQ

till then, the weapons, just .lookup and all the gear is called, <class>'s Elite Tier
