How to make a VIP abuse topic.

Make sure when you are posting about VIP abuse you have the following:
Actual abuse (Read the server rules if you would like to know them)
Screenshots
Make sure to be descriptive about what happened. Looking at only a picture and no description can be tough to notice abuse.
